No need to spend a fortune buying expensive, complicated programs when these worksheets can do it all for you at a reasonable price.
The sheets are designed to give a quick and easy assessment on whether or not a property is worth buying for investment or at what price the property would be worth purchasing. There are six sheets. When you put in a property the price, the worksheets will adjust the price to five other variations. The price will be reduced from the full asking price in increments of $5000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 and $25,000 depending on the worksheet you use.
Each worksheet will give you six different price ranges. You put in the list price, down payment, interest rate and the taxes in their respective entry box and the worksheet will put the entry in all of a the other price ranges automatically. You can also enter the expenses and income in the appropriate entry box which in turn will be entered across all price ranges. The worksheet will give the gross and net profit, total expenses and return on investment (ROI) across all price ranges. This will show you at what price the property will be profitable and help you determine a price that you can offer that would make sense.
You will also get a comparison sheet in which you can enter six different properties with an analysis on each one so that you can do a side-by-side comparison showing payments, expenses, profits and your return on investment by month and by year.
