This combination plan is a must for new agents. Here’s how it works… the agent will enter buyers and sellers into the worksheet. The amount of a potential sale would also be entered along with other information such as, when a house goes to contract (escrow), or when it closes. It also keeps track of the totals of potential sales and closing dates, along with the closed sales and with the total earnings.
There is also a chart showing the agent’s progression and also what the current earnings are and what the future earnings will be. It also keeps track of buyers and sellers as to when they should be contacted. Unlike other business plans that are long & tedious, this one only takes a few minutes a day for an agent to stay on top of their business.
